Sol Harvest Group was providing over 100 illegal Immigrants residing at the Budget Inn and Mohamed Farooq Bhadelia was money laundering and sending the money over seas and much more crimes than that I reported to the Davenport Sheriff's Station. 

Sergeant Allan Kush covered it up by violently assaulting me and false arrest. False Imprisonment!

The FBI needs to understand this clearly. The very second I told Sergeant Allan Kush that I would contact the FBI to report this.

I then was brutally assaulted and falsely imprisoned! My crime was telling Sergeant Allan Kush I was going to report these this information to the FBI.

This website exposes Mohammed Farooq Bhadelia's Money Laundering Fraud that I reported on July 31st 2017 in addition to that, much more criminal behavior.

This is a tremendous concern because on my behalf, at my prompting, my attorney  requested three different subpoenas to secure the security videos because the Davenport Sheriff's Station was not cooperating. 

So she wasn't pleased and filed a legal preservation of those videos as well. That is my request and was done at that time on my behalf. Because Sergeant Allan Kush erased Rhonda's Cell video of his premeditated, violent assault!

Therefore, The security videos showing  Sergeant Allan Kush's assault and false arrest must be provided.

Where are the videos that my attorney requested on my behalf?

A deliberate situation was created to set up the fake unlawful Malicious Selective prosecution by the State of Florida deliberately removing my court appointed attorney who had legally requested video evidence more than a couple times by subpoena and most important, she filed a legal preservation of the security videos from July 31st 2017 from the Davenport Sheriff's Station, and it is very evident that vital evidence was potentially, deliberately destroyed or hidden.

However, more importantly the videos can be retrieved by digital forensics.

Look into this deeply, because I am not a victim, who will compromise, I was tortured and forced to make a false confession of no contest so these people can violate all of my constitutional rights to creatively obstruct justice.

People should understand that the legal system intentionally, factually forced Brain Cancer on someone who saw crimes being committed and filed a four page police report about those crimes being committed in detail with an accurate time line of events. 

Sergeant Allan Kush thought he could get away with his violent assault as well as alter the report I filed. Sergeant Allan Kush was too confident this information would disappear into to dust bin of history.
